These terms cover your use of reecha.ing and the Raisonner publication. By using the site or holding a membership, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
reecha.ing is a personal site and the home of Raisonner, a publication. Every issue is free to read. Paid memberships add optional kits and let you support the work. I may change, pause, or retire parts of the service over time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account. Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships are billed through my payment processor on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and I do not provide partial refunds unless the law requires it. Group memberships include a set number of seats fixed by your plan. Prices can change, and I will give notice before a change affects you.
Gifts
A gift membership can be redeemed with its code. Codes are single use and grant the access described at redemption. Gifts are not exchangeable for cash.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to bypass access controls or read paid material you have not bought, disrupting the service, or scraping it in ways that degrade it for others.
Content and intellectual property
The writing and materials on this site are mine unless stated otherwise. You may read them and share links freely. Paid materials are for your own use, so please do not redistribute or resell them.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties. The writing reflects my views and experience. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
I may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. When I do, I will change the date above and post the new version here. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
